Harness under both sides back seats in floor. What is it?

Saw this harness on both sides under seats in back coming out from the floor. What is it for?

On my 2015 they are for lights under the seat !

So I can get the under seat lights for the rear seats, cut out the holes to mount them and the wires will run to those harnesses?

Yes, What I did was put LED lights on the seat legs ! BUT I would test the sockets with a meter to be sure. Ill see if I can dig up my pic of the lights I did. I know I have pics on sight here is a thread

This is not the OEM lighting, but it uses that same wiring

I bought some flush mount LEDS, drilled into the rear floor cup holder, and tapped into the harness (they come up from the center of floor under the seat), and voila!..
