How did the steering box work out for you? What wheel and tire set up are you going with.?

No problem with the steering. I just drove it around the block and the steering felt fine. I'll know more over the next few days. I did notice a little bump/rattle going on from passenger side bed.... I'll have to get under there and see if anything is loose.

I couldn't re-install my side steps... They bolt to the cab bolts with 30mm spacers so the kit bolts are too short. The steps also mount to the cab so I'll need to fashion a longer bracket to adjust for the body lift.

I'll have to wait until I get my tax return before I can spring for tires. I'm gonna mount them to some free 20" wheels I got recently.

do u have the OEM side steps? i am thinking about a bl plus level, too. but i wanna keep my side steps. how come they don´t fit any more?
i removed them for winter and they arre just mounted on the cab which is completely lifted by the bl, right?

is this a general problem? means: can the OEM steps not be unsed after a BL? this would be a new information to me.

I had OEM steps on my 06 and they had bolts through the frame and the body at the lunch seam. I'm sure you could fab a bracket for them to work but the original locations wouldn't work.

Lookin' good, congrats. Now I have to check and see how my OEM bars mount to see if I'll have any issues.

Looking good. I just can't believe that even a small upgrade can make tires look so small.

i just went out to take a look under my truck. i tried to take some pics (although it´s getting dark already:)).
the pics show the rocker panel on the driverside. i took of my steps for the winter but left in the screws (the grey ones i a red circle u see:)).
for me, the steps are mounted directly to the body so that there shouldn´t be any problem at all.
or do i get something wrong??? pls tell me what u think:)

Those all look to be in the body to me. I'll have to look over mine, but I'll be waiting until the snow melts, lol.
