Head unit swap

I have two of the same year trucks I want to know if I only need to know the model number to check compatibility ?. my head unit does not have bluetooth the one i want to put in does.

It all depends on what the unit you want to swap in is. If it is a 8.4 UAS or UAQ (2018 onward) you will need the harness. If it is an older unit you might be able to swap. If you add the part/model numbers of the radio, identify which is which, someone may be able to tell you exactly.
