Headlight help

For a while now my pass side head light has been aimed to the ground? The last time I tried aiming them up the bowl just dropped all the way down.

I have now torn the headlight apart, and it looks like the ball joint on the top of the bowl that is used to aim up and down has been separated, the ball on the adjuster is no longer connected to the bowl.

It looks like it will just pop right back in, but that's easier said then done.

I'm hoping JJ will chime in and give some advice here since he's the pro on headlights, but if anybody else has some input I'd appreciate it.

yup, just push that booger back on the ball.

gently........

and keep your thumb on the back of the housing where it pops in at, so you dont shove that through the damn plastic.

When I turn the adjuster screw the ball doesn't seem to move in or out at all, is there a way to take the adjuster apart or see why it's not moving in or out? I can't see to push it on with the ball as far in as it is right now

I've got new headlights otw, I've labeled this project as a fail.

Next weekend ill be completely redoing both headlights, getting the projectors completely level and may even throw in some paint
