Where is the headlight output harness on a 2012 1500? I'm trying to install a hid kit from theretrofitsource and I can't find where to plug in the harness. Thanks

Very detailed thread here - http://www.ramforum.com/f75/4th_gen_quads_-_drop_hid_install_instructions-19793/

I'm in the process of working the install instructions on the site, as the swap to my new supplier left me a little empty handed on diagrams, etc.

But, the link above, same idea there.

The fogs, harness should be labeled with the power connection, grounds, ballasts, etc. Input comes from the driver's OEM fog, then just plug in the hids and connect it up all up. ;)

Yeah, there's something behind that though....

Years ago, the harnesses had 1 ground. Nice? Spiffy? No.

Its benefitial to have all of the grounds short, and ........ running them all to one just doesn't do that.

Recently, a member and I were chatting about his kit. He's had it for..maybe a year? I can't remember - but it was an earlier TRS harness - without the grounds at each ballast. Pass ballast was flickering only when the truck was off, and he hit the remote, etc. Odd....added the ground, fixed that. Fun stuff.
