Help! 2000rpm surge issue

Hello! I have a 2003 dodge ram 3500 diesel, I’m having an issue. The truck seems to surge at 2000rpm. Hits like a limp mode? I’m not very familiar with diesels, so this is out of my knowledge range. The truck has had injectors done, just did a new fuel filter and ran all the codes. The codes are
P0633
P0483
P0073

As far as my understanding of diesel engines goes (which is very little), none of these would cause it to surge. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
