Help! Clips under glove box

Anyone know best way to remove and replace those black clips under the lower glove box that hold the cloth barrier to the glove box ? I feel like in going to break them trying to get them off.

I'll snap a picture later if anyone needs it...

Keep pulling on the carpet piece alternating on either side of the clip. It will come loose.

You could also get a split trim tool and try that. I doubt you would be able to pry them out, but put the trim tool around the clip and pull down on the tool.

If you break the Christmas tree type fasteners they have them at Advance Auto , individually and in assortments packs , they also have the split trim tools too .
