Help identify rims?

I have these rims that ive paid no mind to since i got my truck, they came with it. Now im curious to what they are worth or if i should keep them for offroad tires. I know they are Konigs and ive started searching for a 4th center cap but i cant figure out the model.

Don't know what the heep bolt pattern is but the 2nd gen 1500 rams are 5x5.5

Saw the center caps on there but the ones they have are chrome and the 3 i have are silver to match the rims.
