Today at work I mistakenly left my windows cracked about three inches. It rained pretty hard and my seats and some of steering wheel got wet. Started my truck and drove about 50 yards to a stop. All of a sudden, the horn began to blow for no reason! So on the drive home it would blow continuously when I began to slow to a stop. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I removed the cover over the steering column to see if any water secreted to the wires, none was visible. I unhooked the battery cable for about 15 minutes, but still doing it. For now, I unplugged them. This was maybe the most embarrassing day of my life.

So it goes off only when pressing the break? I ask because I have of being doing that as a prank lol. Easiest fix is full the fuse. You wouldn't have a horn but it's better than your horn going off

Not when I mash on the brake. It does it like when I slow down to like 10 mph. I can't locate my manual at all! Which fuse is for the horn?
