HELP!! U0001 DIAGNOSTICS TROUBLE CODES

I recently changed my electric power steering rack on my 2016 1500 5.7, and since then I've been getting a u0001 can c bus and a u0001-00 tcm Diagnostics Trouble Code. I used a Dorman Part and im wondering is it the rack causing these codes or something else??

AI: bad or damaged wiring somewhere, most likely a bad ground maybe?
