Hi, trying to help a buddy with actuator problems and recycle door broke. We seem to have everything under control except Temp. When you put it to cold we get heat, and if you put it to heat you get cold. He tried the holding recycle button for 10 seconds but doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions.
