Help with interior lights!

I drive a 2014 Ram 1500 quad cab express.

For some reason my model does not come with the interior light usually around the rear view mirror ceiling. My old 2003 Ram 1500 did come with it.

What can I do considering the fact that I dont want to do any wiring? is there any rear view mirror that comes with light and is using replaceable batteries?

Yeah its part of the popular equipment package on the expresses. you can add it but its a huge process I think there is a DIY on here on how to do it and what parts you need. Because of this "option", ram does not offer any additional lighting in the front of the cab. your easiest solution would be to put some LED button lights in your headliner and wire them to the rear light or a dedicated switch but you would have to search around for clean options and pull your headliner.
