Help with tuning

Hey all, I just bought my truck not too long ago (2002 QC 4x4) and it came with a SuperChips Flashpaq tuner. Can someone please break down the tunes? 87 Octane, 91, Fuel saver ect.. Thank you for the help!

Should be 87, perf towing and 91 perf. 87 is optimized for 87 octane, perf towing is optimized for towing but still requires at least 91 octane and 91 perf is for best performance but not recommended for towing. Each optimizes timing, etc for the intended use of the tune.

What is better for daily use? Do any of these help the truck life in any way?
