If your radio has the wording "anti theft" on the front lower panel you need a 4 digit code before it works. I had the same deal with a radio I bought for my express. My RBZ came from a 2012 Chrysler and the seller provided me with the code. Apparently this code is needed anytime the radio is installed in a vehicle with a different VIN. After it is entered it doesn't ask for the code again. I think this anti theft feature was new for the 2012 radios. Good luck with your setup.

Just installed my new one.. Plug and play to the max, nothing needed. Just make sure you get the High-Speed and if you're getting a used one, check the model number - don't assume the seller is right.
