Hemi swap: what else would i need?

i know the swaps are more pain than its worth, but im curious what else would need to be done if i have the engine, transmission and computer from a 2004 ram.. keep in mind that my Ram is a 2003. here is the craigslist post i found

Are the mounts for the engines different?

One thing I know that is different is the accelerator. I assume you currently have a 4.7? The hemi uses the drive by wire and the 4.7 uses a cable.

I'm sure the hemi set up is longer so probably front and rear driveshafts

Oh yeah. Are the transfer cases the same? Would the driveshaft mount right up to it?
