2500 6.4L Hemi 4.10's 'Off-Road'
I bought a 2018 2500 Outdoorsman back in May. 6.4 with 4.10's. My son bought an identical one in July. These have almost every option so basically a Big Horn. Full console, 8.4" touch screen, power sliding rear window with defrost, etc. I have put 5000 miles on mine and my son has put 20,000 on his (yep, since July). No problems with either. He towed his 8000lb camper 1500 miles to North Dakota and back and last week went from Pittsburgh to Fishkill, NH and back and just left today for that same trip (for work). He is not towing on these trips to NH. He was getting about 17 MPG on that trip. I took mine on 2 short highway trips and got 16.5-17 MPG both times. Overall I am averaging about 11.8 hand calculated with about 65% in town driving. I don't think I would change anything on mine. My son wishes he had got a diesel because of how many miles he is putting on it but other than that he likes it.

My only recommendation is to get the 4:10 gear set.

Love my 2016 Big Horn. Pretty much the same truck as the 18. (I have the cummins though)

If you can swing it and are set on the gas engine I would look at a 2019 with the 8 speed transmission. I think that's a better combo the the 6 speed.
