Anyone has an opinion on which one is more effective? I have the factory quad headlights.

The high beam would have been my preferred choice, except with LED bulbs installed they tend to flicker. As of now, my DRL are set to Turn Signal after finding compatible LED's for them, but I honestly feel like they aren't visible enough. The factory DRL is usually on the high beam on a lower power setting....that being said, when I did a retrofit with HID projectors, I used y turn/running lights as the DRL's. (LED bulbs/amber).

See post #7pardon my ignorance but how do you switch what light is your DRL? Is a programmer or something required for this? Only asking because I will be looking to do LED HI Low Fog and switchback turn signals on mine as well.
My mistake thank you, something else to research nowSee post #7

AlfaOBD is probably the best bang for your buck and will do so many things. My bet is after you do your research you will buy it. There's a ton of info about it. Let us know.My mistake thank you, something else to research now![]()
Definitely not pointless. Millions of $ worth of studies to prove you wrong there. Hense the reason it's a legal requirement in alot of regions.None. They're pointless and ugly.
There’s the issue. You live in CaliforniaWhen it comes to lights, i am to lazy to change anything
I just have my headlight switch on AUTO & i have a bottle cap covering the little dome next to the Alpine center Speaker
Now i have headlights on all the time that the Ram ignition is on
Here in California, we have several 2 lane highways that have signs requiring that your headlights have to be on 24/7
Besides that, in my business, headlights are required to be on whenever i am escorting a semi truck
