damn go fast goodies!

I think I finally figured why I'm such a light *****........back when I started driving my Dad always told me "never overdrive your headlights. If you are going too fast........you can't react fast enough." I told him I'd get brighter headlights. Look at me now. LOL

isnt it supposed to be plug and play? lol. if you can pull the headlights out, you can put these in, am i wrong?

Plug and play....and mounting the ballast. The hardest part was pulling the old headlights on the drivers side because you have the push in part that you have to squeeze in the plastic clips and they are difficult to get to unless you pull the fender liner. Little things like that is what I was referring to.

yep should just be 3 10mm bolts and they slide right out. i've had mine out 3 times

I took the 3 bolts out and the lights still were not pulling out. I found these were holding the lights in to the inner fender. It is right about the turn indicator bulb

Once I squeezed in the little tabs the lights came out very easy. The ebay lights had them to, I had to push the lights in until I heard them "click" into place.

I will try to get a pic of the passenger side since you can see it without removing the wheel well liner.

those should stay in the truck, i think. when i went to install my eaby ones they wouldnt go in all the way. after investigating i found these to be the culprit. i pulled them off and the ebay ones slide right in

All I know is that my stockers would not come out without squeezing those little *******. I am sure if I would have puller hard enough they would have broke, but I did not want to take a chance on breaking something else in case I ever want to return my truck to stock.

its always that nervous pull and "POP" like when removing the interor pieces. but if it works it works. your head lights are still bad ass

I know what you mean, but since I had never take the headlights off I was not sure if there was a hidden bolts so I investigated and found that clip thingy.

And thanks for the compliment on the lights.
