HID Questions - Calling JJ

I am interested in getting a set of JJ's HID's. Just have a few questions.

1) Halos, Are they always on (like daytime running lights), or just when the lights are on?

2) Can I get the lenses tinted? If so, what's the cost for that?

I don't believe he does lens tinting on headlights.

halos just come with power leads you wirethem how you want or you tell him how you want it. I have mine wired with the parking lights. Actual lens tinting I dont think he does but the insides he will do.
