High beams dont work

Hey guys I have a 2007 1500 laramie switched the headlights and when i switched the high beams to led only the driver side wound work. Now i dont get either high beam to come on. I bought these cancellers that are suppose to make the lights work but now i cant get either one to work any ideas. Thanks in advanced........

I can't picture the harness because I don't have one, so maybe this is dumb question, but do they have polarity? Can you turn them around and plug in opposite way?
