High beam issue

Hello all, so on my 03 5.7 Hemi slt quad cab when I go to turn my high beams on I will get it clicked on, the blue high beam light on the dash is on but the high beams are of lower power than the low beams. I'm not sure where to look first cause I've checked fuses and they're okay and if itys a relay i don't know which one. Also my truck will randomly die when turning at low speeds the alternator is good, newer battery so on that im at a loss as well. all help is greatly appreciated!!

yes i got it just over a year ago, with a long laundry list of repairs it needs.
