Had my 2019 since August 2018. For the most part, I love the HK system. The only issue I've found is that the sub distorts horribly with some songs, even with the volume down. I have the EQ set at +4/-1/+2 and it seems to be the best way to minimize it but still frustrating. Does it have anything to do with where it is mounted? If so, would it possibly be better to relocate it to under the seat?
