Unfortunately it looks like that only fits the eagle Hemis ('09+) not for third gen trucks. Definitely a neat lookin piece tho

**** adapters, if you're gonna bother with that intake you want better heads anyway, either eagle 5.7's, 6.1's, Eddy's or Thitek's.

Do have 6.1 heads on my 392. But, just got it setup and running the way I wanted it too.

I have been running the Holley ****** EFI Sheet Metal Fabricated intake manifold on my 2004 Ram 1500 for a few months now. I made the purchase through my local Summit Racing in Arlington, TX. It fits the 6.1 heads perfectly. I originally installed this intake manifold with the black finish on a fresh 6.1 in a customer's truck. He didn't like the look of the black finish so I bought the polished version and made a trade with him and now the intake with tht black finish is on my 2006 5.7 with Eagle heads.
