yes the spacer In mine (2.5inch) was about the same size, the coil spring sits inside it, and then the spacer sits inside where the spring used to.. So if your "3" inch spacers werent this big then you received the wrong parts.

take a measurement from the inside, where the coil sits, to the bottom of the spacer. Then subtract that from the total 4" measurement. Thatll be your spacer height. Usually the spacer measurement is half what the lift height would be.

My previous spacer measured 3.25" overall and 2.25" between top coil to top bucket (actual coil size) once installed. It actually gave me ~3.5" of lift.

The geometry of the suspension makes it hard for knock-off manufactures to understand.

I finally realized to stick with "top brands" as they have actual R&D made specifically for our trucks.

If I were you, Id return these junk spacers and stick with either Maxtrac or CST for anything 2wd. They have the money, research, design, and knowledge of our trucks. Tested and proven.

No doubt there. I agree. But the research and design portion is out of their budget. They tend to make "generic" spacers for all types of vehicles, not knowing that every vehicle's suspension geometry is different.

I hope it works out bro, if not I have some 3.5" spacers for sale lol

Yea for sure man, you're basically extending your shocks 3", so they will be fully extended upon installation.

You will have NO upward travel, so when you hit bumps your truck will literally "bounce" lol. Been there done that (and hated it)

One thing I'll say from being on ebay for years. Just because the auction says something, doesn't make it true. Chinese are always trying to make things look like something they're not. Seen it with fake iPads and Magpul gun parts all the time. Then they get PO boxes or set up little warehouses to ship from inside the US.

x2. Those magpul flip up sights, stocks, and grips were massively faked!

In 09 I bought some 1.5's that lifted it almost 4 inches.(BOING....BOING...BOING.), down the road, they were NOT 1.5's
Sausec , explained it perfect , how to check what you bought....also DO NOT USE LONGER SHOCKS..

This is why you don't use longer shocks. I have longer shocks and cradled my upper control are because the longer shock allowed too much travel allowing the upper control arm to have contact with not only the shock bucket but the spindle as well.
