Hood interchange

Good evening. I normally hang out in the 4th gen forum since I bought one back in October. I’ve got a question on my Dad’s ‘05 2500 tonight though. He needs a hood and grille after a minor run-in with a tree.

I found a nice looking donor from an ‘03 1500. Will the donor fit his truck? Are there differences between the years or the 1500 and 2500?

Edit: MoparPartsGiant has 2 different part numbers. Anybody lnow what the differences are?

Hoods are interchangeable across the entire 3rd gen run. Grilles are limited to subsets, 02-05 and 06-08 (09 25/3500). The one you found will work just fine.
