Hopefully an easy question

Ok so I am in the early stages of planning the addition of a sub in my 2014 1500 quad cab. I had one question, currently there is no sub, however I can see the audio signal plug that would go into the factory sub should it have one, can I pull an audio signal from this or would I still need to pull from the left and right rear speaker wires.

PS here is an awsome website for all wiring, as stated I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Quad Cab Big Horn and 5.7 8spd. 4x4

If you have the alpine system you may be able to pull signal if you don't then no you won't since there won't be an external amp.
