I am new to the forum and I am sure what I am looking for is here some where.
I have a new 2012 Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab with the factory 17" aluminum wheels. I would like to install the 2" leveling kit but I think I am going to stay with the factory wheels. I would like to know how big of tire I can go to with no rubbing issues. Does anyone have any pics?

35s will rub on the control arm at full lock stock wheels
I've seen 3rd gens even fit 37s with the same rubbing
It's the width of the tire
You could go with 315/70/17 and the rubbing won't be as bad
Or if you willing to spend the money a 285/75/17 but its a tough size to come by
I only have pics of 3rd gens with all of those tire combos lol
If you want zero rubbing 285/70/17 is your size

Go with 35's man, just decide on if a little rubbing is a big deal to you to make your width decision
