A friend sent me here to check out the 2012 4x4 gear swap that FASTNUGLY did. We openned up the front diff on my 2012 ram only to find that the ring gear was welded to the carrier...what a bummer! I have a rear ZF carrier machined and ready to throw 4.56's in....just trying to figure out the front
