One of the plastic trim pieces behind the interior door handles broke and needed to be replaced on my 2012 RAM 2500. The dealership informed me that this was a discontinued part and suggested that I start looking through salvage yards. I wasn't thrilled with that idea and I couldn't find the part at any of the myriad of online resellers, so I turned to my 3D printer for the solution.
After several rounds of designing, tweaking and printing prototypes, I am please with the result.

I designed the part in Blender (hey, it's free). While it's not an exact replica of the original (I don't own a 3D scanner), I think it looks good (way better than a hole in the door panel). The bolt hole is slightly slotted to allow for adjustment when installing it.
I wanted to post this here in case any of you find yourself in a similar situation -- maybe this could come in useful.
The link to the model can be found on MakerWorld here:

Note that the Punisher logo in not included in the model I uploaded. I did this so people can customize it however they see fit.
I printed mine in ABS because it gets hot here in Texas during the summer. You could also get away with PETG or ASA, but I would recommend avoiding PLA.
Cheers!
