When your engine is running you can see fuel flowing through them. You can also test them.

What year is your truck? We've recently replaced my son's injectors in his '88 W100, and since swapped to a carburetor. Might have a couple of extra injectors, if yours are bad. I'd replace the fuel filter when you change out your injectors, also.
