Looking at doing a PCV replacement on my upcoming 125K Mile Service. I will have the truck majorly dissassmbled for: Coolant flush, thermostat replacement, spark plug replacement, and fender liner removal. One of the forums here for spark plug recommendations, it was mentioned you should clean your PCV or replace it & clean/replace Throttle body with a new OEM gasket: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/spark-plug-swap.214158/

Trying to order all my components from Rock Auto, I see they don't have an OEM/Mopar Throttle body gasket, but lots of third party. Are any of these worthwhile or should a may 5-15x the cost to have a MOPAR gasket on hand?

As for the PCV, are these worth cleaning or should I just replace it? Rockauto does have the MOPAR PCV but again much more expensive (relatively) than any others. Are their any upgrades I should consider when doing this?

I don't remember the last time i replaced a Mopar PCV,i just clean them with Brake Clean. The Mopar TB gasket is the best, but a Felpro gasket is alot cheaper and will work perfectly fine.
While you have it apart to do everything, spend some time servicing the coils, and if you're really ambitious you can even service the injectors easily.

While you're at it,check the torque on your intake manifold bolts, they have a habit of losing torque after awhile.

At $1.18 for the felpro vs $18 for the MOPAR, I'll give the felpro a try haha. In your opinion do you have to change the gasket when removing the TB to clean or only if the gasket is worn/damaged?

Also, for the coils and injector cleaning, is there any spare parts you'd recommend ordering to have on hand? I don't want to be stuck for 2-3 weeks waiting for parts to show up.

Thanks

If the gasket is still pliable, you can reuse it. Pull 1 or 2 coils off, remove the rubber boots off them and then push out the spring inside the boot and look it over for corrosion,if it's in really bad shape, sometimes it's easier to just replace the boots as they come with new springs. If your truck has the resistors under the springs,i'd throw the resistors away, and install new boots with the longer springs. They didn't start using the resistors until late 2016,before that they had longer springs and no resistors. The resistors are another point that corrodes. Order replacement boots for a 2013 Chrysler 300C with the 5.7,as i know for sure they have the longer springs, and are the boots i usually order,if i need new boots and springs
The injectors just have a new 9 volt battery on hand and a can of carb/choke cleaner plus a tire valve stem on hand,if you're copying the way i do them. There's a video in the first post that's a carbon copy of how i've been cleaning injectors for years

Do you happen to have a part number for the boots/spring? All I can find is the full coil assembly. And you are sure I can put these in my 2017 which will likely have the resistors?

If you end up replacing the PCV, get this one. I’m pretty sure SMP makes the Mopar part. When I replaced it on my 2018 5.7 it came with the Mopar stamp on it.
