How many lights can tap into the foglight wiring???

I was gonna add 5 9watt Rock Lights, maybe 7...
3 amber in the grill 2 white on both sides of license plate and 2 white in an 'angled' area i have to help with lighting the 'turn' areas at night... my windows are tinted

Depends on the amp draw and what gauge wiring it is along with what the circuit is rated for.

Use a relay, power the lights off the battery directly and tap into the foglights wiring as your switch wire. Problem solved.

I have LEDs in my fogs now so I'm starting at lower amps already...

To give you an idea of what the fog light circuit can support, the factory vertical fogs use a 9006 that is 52 watts a piece.
Install all your extra lights using relay as having more than four lights illuminated on public roads is against federal motor regulations. It's the reason the fogs drop out when the highs go on. Don't need to give the local LEO a stupid reason to pull you over.
