How To: 13-14 premium cluster upgrade

I paid $320 for one of mine and $170 for the other both prices included shipping. Then I've paid $200 to get one corrected to the mileage I need, so that I don't have to wait over a year to use the cluster.

Lol. Big gap there. I don't mind paying a little more, but I've seen brand new ones for $110 more than what they were quoting me.

Keep looking dude, lots of them pop up. I've seen them as low as $70 bucks!

What type of mileage does your truck have on it?
The way that I recommend doing this is to find one with the same or just slightly more mileage than you have now so that you don't have to pay the additional $200 to get the mileage adjusted. Unless you get such a good deal on one that the $200 additional still makes it reasonable.

I have ~4000 miles on it. Doubt I'd find one near that from a 2013 or even a 2014 at this point, could get lucky though.

Get one dirt cheap and just get it updated.

Lemme get y'alls opinion real quick, cheapest so far that someone has gotten back to me on is $217 with about 9k miles. Truck has ~4k miles now... Worth the $217 + $200 for reprogram or should I hold out?

I'd be patient and keep looking. That or get the one with 9k and drive till your truck gets close then install it.

I sent him a counter offer, even asked if the company is able to adjust mileage. See what he comes back with.

Your speedometer has like sporty numbers and the fuel gauge is different :/ is this off a sport ram? My express came with the premium cluster but it looks like a normal one

Newbie here, but been looking at the posts and what not with the pics of the newer clusters, and noticing that non-yall have D.E.F.(Diesel Exhaust Fluid) gauges.. Did yall get a different gauge as well as cluster or do yall have Hemi's and what not?

Hemi's and Pentastars so far. There are DEF premium clusters as well but none of us have the need.

Just did this upgrade to my 14 Express. I found that if you unhook the the plug in from the bracket behind the cluster, it gives the plug more slack. Making it easier fo reattach.

Does anyone have any products that work to get scratches out of these ? My truck came With it and over the time I've had my truck the plastic has a few scratches. It's so sensitive it scratches with a soft cloth. It's irritating

You can actually just buy a new front screen for it as well. Somewhere on this forum was a part number posted for it at one time.

I believe color is the difference. Ultra Premium isn't black. It is the metallic reddish gold color.
