I'm considering this for my flame red truck, but I'm not sure about it and it's one of those one-way mods. Anyone have before & after pics of the flame red?

Just do it. You won't be sorry. I did it on my granite crystal metalic mega cab the 2nd day I had it. I hate the black out tape. I know they do it so it looks like one big continuous window but damn it looks so much better without it.

Did this today. The black out tape was wrinkling and split by the belt moulding. It was driving me nuts!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1429470090.509988.jpg before

Will add that 3m adhesive remover makes quick work of the remaining adhesive. Used whenI did this and debaged my doors.

I need to do this. I wasn't going to at first, but now I need to. Vinyl is wrinkled and cracking. Looks like ****.

My only issue is that I have vent visors and they are stuck to it. May just try and trim around them. I don't really want to lift the vent visor off of the door trim.

Any thoughts?

I started doing this today. The majority of the first door came off easy( it was ab 4) I started again around 630 and it was def harder. I use xylene to get the adhesive that's left on from the peel

Did this Saturday thanks to this thread.

I didn't even pull anything apart. Started at the top and they peeled right off with little effort.

I removed from my '13 a week ago, and did it in the hot sun. Took 5 minutes to remove all 4, and 40 minutes to remove the residue. Worth all of the time. My driver front one was wrinkled and cracking - was driving my OCD self nits! Had to go!!!
