At Walmart to get oil and I just had huge brain fart on what oil weight our trucks are. I thought 10w-30 but then again I thought 5w-30 lol. Any help be great!

5W30 for 3.7, 4.7 and 5.7L engines.
10W30 for 5.9 and 8.0 engines.

All depends on how many miles are on the engine and what climate you are in!!

Climate, yes. Mileage, not unless you're running a stupid-high amount of miles. lol

If your running over 200k I would go with a thicker oil. I run 15w40 in my little gas saver. Everything else I use 10w30 with a additive. Usually BG or lucas.

Only reason to go with a thicker oil is if you have PROVEN your oil pressure is too low. Otherwise you're just wasting energy (what little there is to be wasted).

It's not a question of oil pressure. Its more of precautionary measures for engine wear. Unless your in a high performance race car where the tolerances are hair tight, you will not notice any loss of power or wasted energy.
