For my mirrors I placed a wanted ad on craigslist. $100 wasnt bad, but now I want power/heated ones.
Just looked at the forecast, no 40s till maybe next week. I will see if I can't get a buddy or my bro in-law to help even though its in the 20s (they are pretty lazy)
With it being fiberglass, would I need to do hood pins? or is the latch good enough

just make sure it has actually latched every time and you should be fine

Yea I want the power heated ones too. That's what I'm holding out for. Plus a bunch of random odds and ends that I could get at a pick and pull but there isn't one around here.

Well the hood is on the truck. Now to get it adjusted so it will latch all the way.
The mounting holes from my sport grill shell to the hood are off, so they are no nuts holding it that way (only 4 of them line up, the 2 on the outside, and 2 by the grill emblem but dont push through enough to attach nuts).
I have the grill brace mounted to the hood though so its solid. The grille that was on it just used self tapping screws for some reason to secure it
Oh and I suggest getting a buddy to help, its a pain in the butt by yourself
