I have a 1997 1500 4x4 5.9 190,000 miles

im having a couple problems, sometimes when sitting at a traffic light it will start idling rough like its gonna stall. i have to tap the gas to keep it running then it will idle fine, also if im getting on the gas to pass a car sometimes it feels like im holding the brakes for a couple seconds then letting go and the truck takes off.

Ive changed the tps, iac, map, fuel injectors, fuel pump, spark plugs, the cap rotor and wires are 3 months old, i checked them and they still look good. i had the trans rebuilt, did the plenum upgrade. i checked for vacum leaks and didnt find any.
Im not sure where to look next, am i over looking a sensor? could it be the computer going bad? I do have a 02 code because theres no cat but ive had that for the last year and these problems started in the last month. there is no other codes.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Mine used to do something similar to that. It still does from time to time. But I did a compression check and found that one cylinder was extra high. I ran some seafoam through it and it stopped acting up. Just a thought to try.

sea foam it.......

This. Or try running some high octane gas or an octane booster and see if it helps, might have just got a bad tank.

Seafoam works great. Could also be a broken cat. get under it and strike it with the palm of your hand (once cold, obviously) and see if it's rattling around in there.
