I need some HID bulbs, a kit for the headlights, and foglights

I need to know where to get these things and how to install these things. I know the fogs are easier than the headlights but how bad are the headlights to do a conversion kit for? I want to run all yellow on the front of my 03 in the stock housing. Is there a picture based step by step guide somewhere or are there just videos lying around?

3K will be fine in the fogs, I'd stick to 4300 or 5K in the heads!
