Cut the cat out and replace with a piece of pipe , get to clamps and done .. My 6 year old could do this .. easy job man

i would get rid of the cat but im in California. im gonna put a new one in on Monday, its easy anyway, just a few bolts.

i got the new cat on, finally, there's a little bit of a smell to it though. i think it just need to break in but im happy with the sound and performance now. thanks for all the help, letting me know what was wrong.

yah, i have so much more power now. it sounds louder, better and runs great. it probly helps that its a magnaflow too, hell yah.

yep, I did a Ford Contour with a direct Magnaflow replacement. Was a V-6 no other mods guy said it had tons more power and better MPG to boot!
