Ignition switch replacement old keys still work?

I have a 2013 Ram 1500 Express that I need to replace the ignition switch.

Will the current key fobs work or do I have to get them reprogrammed?

Which part are you actually replacing? They keyless ignition node? Is do, the Fobik's will require programming so the secret key data is successfully transferred.
