I'm a total novice when it comes to wheels/tires. Will these fit my stock 1500?

Those will stick out with that Back spacing and I would say you will need to level with them as well.

33's with a -25 offset your more than likely gonna need to level.

You'll need to level and those wheels will move the edge of the tire out about 1.75" from what you have now.
