Injector Knock?

My 2002 HO 5.9 developed a knock while driving. Shut it off and had it towed home. I uploaded the video to youtube, can someone look at it and let me know what you think? Thanks!

I have removed the valve train and injectors. All valve train looks great.
Plan is to find a diesel shop in Sacramento to have the injectors inspected/tested.

Did all the valves and injectors move up and down the correct travel?

That sounds a lot like a wiped camshaft or valvetrain component failure.
