Install Rearview Mirror with Reverse cam and Dash Cam

Has anyone installed a new rearview mirror? I have a 2014 ST I'm working on installing this into. I would like to replace the existing mirror rather then strap a mirror to a mirror.

I have purchased this one but I noticed my existing mirror has the bluetooth microphones in them.

Let me know if you have any feedback on the best option to re route the bluetooth mic and install a mirror like this one.
