I have 2011 Ram 1500 5.7, I bought with 76k and now have 80k. I just had the intake and exhaust valves done, cylinder 1 was shot and spark plugs were fried. Is it worth keeping? I was told the other cylinders will fail too only matter of time.

Did they determine why these issues occurred? Sounds like it might be detonating or other issue. The cause should have been fixed as well.

 Welcome.

2011 sparkplug change interval is 32K miles. Obviously if fried they didn't get changed at 64K and may never have been changed. There are a lot of factors that can go into frying valves, but I'm guessing neglected maintenance and using cheap gas, either low octane or excessive ethanol to boost octane are the root causes.
A lot of pre-detonation could come from oil injestion from your pcv. What condition is the inside of your intake? Gooey with oil?

All they did was valve intake, spring-valve, valve-exhaust, spring-valve gasket-cylinder head cover, gasket head, seal intake manifold. This work was done by the dealer, my mechanic said the fact that cylinder 1 blew that more will come.
