That sounds like a better plan to me. well maybe not better but much easier

Problem with yanking the door out is the passenger will get cold air on there feet coming through during the winter and that normaly dosent bode well for your wife/girl friend ect... Driver wont notice it as much because the draft is soaked up by the trans tunnel.
