what is the price to get that fox box plus shipping new? Also cost of the subs new? How old are the subs and are they in good working order? That info should give you a good idea if it is a good deal or not

Box alone is $210 from Fox...depending on whether they're 2 ohm or 4 ohm, the speakers are $100-$160 a piece...seems like an okay deal if it all works

I just paid $200 for a pair of 12" P2's and $210 +$80 shipping for the vented foxbox 2 months ago.
