Because I took it there when it first started doing in and they said there was nothing they could do about it other then try to update the computer and after talking with a few tuners they thought if I tuned it and the trans it might help some and it did at first. Half year later it was worse then ever even with the tunes the the dealer said it was because of the tunes so they won't cover it even tho it showed on there records I brought it in 6 months sooner with the same issue and no tune.
