For those who are interested, I just added the following:
100W Electric Air Horn (SoundAlert)
112dB Type-A Back-Up Alarm (SoundAlert)
The backup alarm went in easy behind a rear taillight. I am tired of people walking behind the truck (at night no less) when I am backing up so hopefully the backup alarm (BEEP BEEP BEEP) will be enough to at least make sure they know I am there.
The electronic air horn makes the sound that fire trucks or cop car horns make when people aren't paying attention to the siren - sort of blunt sound that really gets attention. Turns out that this install was harder because RAM has the horn connected to an unserviceable relay. So I just installed it on a separate button on the dash. Works perfectly. Absolutely gets people's attention. Legal in most states (but a few it isn't.)
Happy with the results. Neither unit was expensive.
