I have a 2019 Longhorn with a 12 display that keeps losing my favorite AM/FM channels that I have saved. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Mine does the same thing. Every week or so all the pre-set stations are gone.

I have the same issue as well as aggravating as it is. My local dealer hasn't been able to do anything about it. We have a pending order for a new screen etc. but they want to see if the next update will fix that and a couple other issues I have. I have my doubts.

I picked up my new truck Saturday and I am having the same issue with the 12” display. Every time the system goes to sleep it loses all the station presets.

I have an additional problem with the navigation. It appears I can set one destination and it will work. If I try to add a waypoint the navigation will reboot several times then the Uconnect system will reboot several times. The only way to get it to stop rebooting is to shut off the ignition and wait for everything to go to sleep. When I turn the ignition back on the navigation app is ok as long as I only set one destination. Once again, if i add a waypoint it starts the reboot process.

Hi Don_T,

We've been tracking the presets concern so if you could send us a direct message with your VIN, I'd formally document this for further review.

As far as your navigation concern, are you planning on making your servicing dealer aware? We're available via direct message and would be happy to help with the servicing process.

Same issue with even more problems.
Try pushing your SOS and see if it connects now. Don't wait until you need it you might die waiting! No connection and the screen locks up until they answer. Disconnected the battery to reset entire system to default settings! Not a solution. No fix!!!!

I figured out why my navigation keeps rebooting when I try routing to some places. The database is corrupt. I will have to get it to a dealer, hopefully they can reload it. I am contacting RamCares for assistance.

Guys,

I had the same issue before. Can you try to setup your stations and and save memory profile (driver seat memory profile buttons on the door) according to your key fob. This fixed my issue with FM stations. It looks like FM stations are tied to that profile. Even if you loose them, just restore the profile with that buttons.

I thought this might be the problem with mine so I tried it several times in case I wasn't getting it right. It didn't work at first but the station memory been lost in several days now. It figures as I am going to the dealer today so they can try to figure it out. To me, the navigation issues I am having is much worse than losing the station presets.
