Key fob windows

My dad has a 2012 ram sly and if you push unlock twice and hold it the front to Windows will roll down, but on my 2014 it won't anyone no how to set this up on the fob

I have asked around about this as well with no luck. I was surprised and slightly disappointed when I traded in my 2007 car for a brand new truck and lost this feature. Every time I have asked on this forum I get the same response..."Why would you want to do that?" Because it is fantastic when walking out to your truck in the parking lot after a long day of it sitting in the sun. It takes the edge off the heat before you get in.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible with the factory setup.

I think 12 was the last year. The amount of women who throw the keys in the bottom of the purse and then bring the vehicle in because the windows keep rolling down it ridiculous.

i have tried a 13 and 14 and 15 with no luck
will ask the dealer next time I'm there to see how hard it would be to put in

There is nothing the dealer can do to program that in. If you want it that bad, you will have to look into an aftermarket alarm system. I have seen a couple that will do that.

U connect ftw!! I always start this ***** 15 mins a head of time since that is when it will shut off after running for 15 mins.. sadly I am reminded every day I get into my work truck and its 105 in the cab and I can feel my back burning lol.. Love my remote start

I don't understand what you mean. That is excessive idling. It should be a lot cooler inside after 5 minutes. Vent visors help.

My 09 windows roll down. I agree that it takes a little bit of the heat away before I get there. Next thing would be remote start to blow the hot air out faster

My 2011 1500 would do this. Loved it. Now my 2014 2500 won't. Not a deal breaker but don't understand why it's gone.

I was just thinking about this the other day; 2014 doesn't have it, but I could have sworn my 2010 did...at least I know I'm not losing it lol.
